Call toll-free 1-800-NIKON-US to receive a UPS return shipping label via email. Didn’t purchase your item from the Nikon Store? Contact your place of purchase for return instructions.

Package your return

We recommend using the box your order arrived in. Remove or cover any previous labels or stickers, and use high quality packing materials. (You are responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.) Be sure your item is in its original packaging with all supplied components (batteries, cables, software, manuals, warranty card). Please include your return slip in the package.

Ship your return

Apply your UPS shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at a UPS shipping facility or schedule UPS pickup service (may incur an additional cost). Your return shipping label is valid only at UPS.

We will notify you by email when we receive your return. If it is undamaged and meets the terms of Nikon’s Return Policy, a refund will be issued. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be processed and visible on the applicable payment statement.
